RO Energy is working with a leading US Owners Utility Scale Solar Developer who builds Sola/BESS/Wind Projects nationally and are looking for a Project Manager to help build out their processes.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities for Project Manager
Our client seeks an innovative and motivated individual who will be responsible for managing the overall execution of utility scale Solar/BESS/Wind projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on or ahead of schedule. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Develop, monitor and maintain project schedules
• Monitor and maintain project budgets:
• Manage, vet and approve change orders
• Approve milestone payment requests
• Manage project cash flows
• Understand and execute on all requirements pertaining to electrical, building and environmental permits with local, state and federal authorities
• Coordinate logistics with regards to local community engagement in project areas
• Manage electrical and mechanical quality control processes, with ultimate responsibility for system quality and achievement of manufacturer warranty requirements
• Oversee and manage the on-site construction team
• Communicate information and logistics daily between all project stakeholders, including the company’s internal management team
• Interface with accounting department in order to properly manage incoming/outgoing invoices and project cash flows
• Compile and synthesize all project information into a turnover package for internal and/or external use
Qualifications for Project Manager role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in large-scale PV system project management or BESS projects
• Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining NABCEP Installation Professional and/or Technical Sales Certification
• The role will be remote with travel as needed. Expected travel circa 30-40%
